Paula Irwin Knows Her Stuff
Paula Irwin is a retired school teacher who gave 25 years of her life to students in northwest Arkansas. Her roots are deep here. Now she wants to continue serving her community as a State Representative for District 19.
Paula will be an advocate for increased teacher pay in the next legislative session. With a career in education, Paula knows what our state must do to attract and retain qualified teachers. She’s dedicated to the children of northwest Arkansas and understands the correlation between high quality teachers, high performing students and regional economic development.
Paula is also passionate about seniors and veterans. Many seniors require long term elderly care, and Paula recognizes the challenge that brings to families across the region. Paula cares deeply about those who have defended our nation and will be a staunch advocate for them at the legislature.
