Raised by his grandparents, Billy knows firsthand the challenges of living on a fixed income and has seen the systemic failures that many Arkansans face. His deep understanding of these issues, coupled with his commitment to the community, makes him a strong candidate who will prioritize the needs of the people over special interests.
