Reginald Murdock: Building a Better East Arkansas
Representative Reginald Murdock has a proven record of working hard to build a better Arkansas. After nine years of representing District 48 in the Arkansas House of Representatives, he wants to take his leadership skills to the Arkansas State Senate to work towards helping more Arkansans.
A graduate of Lee High School in Marianna and the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with a degree in engineering, Rep. Murdock knows not only the importance of education, but the roadblocks many in the Delta face when trying to receive one. A contractor and engineer, he spent the past seven years serving on the House Education Committee and worked tirelessly to build a better future for all Arkansans.
As a father, he sees first hand the commitment Arkansas teachers make to their students. That is why he not only supported teacher pay raises, he co-sponsored the bill to make it happen, that never made it to a vote, thanks to the dozens of members that did not support Arkansas teachers in the 2022 special session.
Support for Rep. Reginald Murdock in the 2022 District 9 Senate race, is a vote for education and progress — and building a better Arkansas.
